The shadows from the branches of a nearby tree casts a dapple pattern across this little cabin on my lake.  The bright summer sunshine lights up the clearing and casts a warm glow on the water, where it peeks through the branches of the large pine tree holding watch over the secluded inlet.  This simple litte cabin is only used once or twice a year, but it stands ready to shelter it's family and be the place where special summer memories are made.    12 x 16 Acrylic on 1.5" gallery wrap canvas, ready to hang
